You agree to use the Revert Hub platform responsibly and respectfully.
You must not:
-
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
-
Misuse, disrupt or attempt to compromise our website, systems or services
-
Impersonate another person or organisation
-
Share account access with another person where this is not permitted
-
Use our services to harass, threaten or abuse others
-
Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to another person's information or account
-
Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Revert Hub content without permission
Revert Hub reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached or where conduct presents a risk to our users, teachers, Partner Mosques or the platform.
3. Revert Hub Membership
Revert Hub may offer different Membership options.
Current Membership options include:
Revert Hub Access – £9.95/monthly.
This Membership provides unlimited access to the Revert Hub Seminars and services included within the applicable Membership.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, this Membership is charged on a recurring basis for each applicable billing period and will automatically renew until cancelled.
Standard Plan Access – £5/monthly
This Membership provides limited access to the Revert Hub services and Seminars included within the applicable plan.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, this Membership is charged on a recurring basis for each applicable billing period and will automatically renew until cancelled.
Joining Fee – £2.95
A joining fee may apply when creating a Membership, as stated clearly at the point of purchase.
The Membership type, price, billing frequency, renewal arrangements and services available to you will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
By purchasing a recurring Membership, you authorise the applicable payment provider to take the applicable recurring payment in accordance with the billing arrangement displayed at the time of purchase.
Revert Hub reserves the right to change Membership prices, plans or included services in the future. Where changes affect an existing Membership, we will provide appropriate notice where required.
4. Membership Access
Membership access is personal to the registered Member and must not be transferred, sold or shared with another person.
Your Membership allows you to access the services included within your selected plan while your Membership remains active.
Access to digital learning materials, Seminars or other Membership services may end when your Membership expires or is cancelled, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
If you cancel a recurring Membership, no further renewal payments will normally be taken after the cancellation has been processed. Your access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation or required by law.
Revert Hub may suspend or terminate Membership access where necessary due to a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, including the Code of Conduct, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity or conduct that negatively affects other users, teachers, Partner Mosques or the operation of our services.
5. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time through the cancellation controls available within your Revert Hub account or profile.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal payments from being taken, subject to the timing of the cancellation and any applicable payment already due.
Once a cancellation has been processed, your access will normally continue until the end of the applicable active Membership period, unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation or required by law.
Cancelling a Membership does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period that has already been paid for where the services remain available to you for that period.
However, nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you under applicable UK law.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel or receive a refund, that right will remain unaffected by these Terms.
Revert Hub will provide reasonable information and instructions explaining how to cancel your Membership.
6. Seminars and Bookings
Revert Hub provides online Islamic educational Seminars through platforms such as Zoom.
Seminars may be hosted by the Revert Hub Team, qualified teachers or verified Revert Hub Partner Mosques.
Seminars are generally short educational sessions and may vary in subject, teacher, date and duration.
Seminars are predominantly delivered in English and may contain Arabic.
A booking confirmation and Zoom joining link will be sent to the email address provided when booking.
An email address is therefore required for Seminar bookings.
7. Seminar Booking Conditions
By booking a Revert Hub Seminar, you agree:
-
To provide accurate booking information
-
To use the Seminar link only for your own participation
-
Not to share the Seminar joining link without permission
-
Not to record, screenshot, photograph, reproduce or redistribute the Seminar without permission
-
To behave respectfully towards teachers, Revert Hub Team members and other attendees
-
To follow reasonable instructions given by Revert Hub or the Seminar teacher
-
To respect the privacy of other attendees
Revert Hub may remove an attendee from a Seminar where their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate or otherwise contrary to these Terms.
8. Camera and Microphone Policy
To provide a more controlled and privacy-conscious learning environment, attendee cameras and microphones are required to remain switched off during Revert Hub online Seminars unless Revert Hub expressly states otherwise.
Attendees participate primarily by viewing and listening to the Seminar, with questions or interaction managed by the Revert Hub Team and/or Seminar teacher where appropriate.
This arrangement is intended to reduce unnecessary exposure of attendees and provide a suitable learning environment.
9. Seminar Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change.
Where available, attendees may cancel a Seminar booking through the applicable booking system.
Revert Hub does not impose a standard late-cancellation or no-show charge for Seminar bookings.
Revert Hub may cancel, postpone or rearrange a Seminar where necessary, including due to teacher availability, technical difficulties, operational circumstances or other unforeseen events.
Where Revert Hub cancels a paid booking and a refund is legally required, the applicable refund will be provided.
10. Partner Mosques
Revert Hub works with verified Partner Mosques to provide Islamic education, community support and local opportunities.
Partner Mosques operate independently and may have their own terms, policies and procedures.
Where a service is provided directly by a Partner Mosque, the Mosque may have additional requirements that attendees must follow.
Revert Hub does not guarantee the availability, services or conduct of any particular Partner Mosque and reserves the right to change or end Partner Mosque arrangements.
11. Payments
Payments for Memberships and other services may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Payment details may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
The total price payable, including any applicable mandatory fees, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment.
Where a recurring Membership is offered, the applicable billing frequency, renewal arrangements and cancellation method will be displayed before purchase.
12. FundraisingÂ
Revert Hub may accept voluntary contributions through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Contributions may contribute towards Revert Hub's work, including national infrastructure, events, accessible Islamic education, guidance and community support for new Muslims.
Contributions are voluntary and are separate from the purchase of Membership services.
Where a donation is made through a third-party payment provider, the provider's terms and policies may also apply.
Donation payments are not payments for a specific Seminar, course or guaranteed service.
13. Refunds
Refund rights depend on the nature of the payment and the circumstances in which it was made.
Where a payment is identified as a donation, it is intended as a voluntary contribution and is not a payment for a specific service.
For Memberships and other paid services, Revert Hub will comply with applicable UK consumer law regarding cancellation and refunds.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a specific service has separate refund or cancellation terms, those terms will be displayed before purchase and will apply alongside these Terms.
14. Islamic Educational Content
Revert Hub aims to provide beneficial and authentic Islamic education based upon the Qur'an and Sunnah.
However, educational content is provided for general educational purposes and should not automatically be treated as personalised religious, legal, medical or financial advice.
Teachers and Seminar presenters may express views or provide explanations based upon their knowledge and understanding.
Where you require individual religious guidance relating to a personal circumstance, you should seek appropriate advice from a suitably qualified and trusted scholar or teacher.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Revert Hub owns or has permission to use the content made available through our platform, including our branding, logos, written materials, graphics, videos, recordings and other materials.
You may use Revert Hub content for your own personal educational purposes where permitted.
You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publicly display or commercially exploit Revert Hub content without our prior written permission.
The Revert Hub name, branding and associated materials may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorised partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

16.5 Islamic Learning and Discussion
Revert Hub aims to provide beneficial Islamic education based upon the Qur'an and Sunnah.
