Depending on the circumstances, we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases under UK data-protection law:
Contract: where processing is necessary to provide your Membership, process bookings, provide Seminar access or fulfil our agreement with you.
Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with legal, accounting, regulatory or other legal requirements.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
5. Payment Information
Membership payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Revert Hub does not require or intentionally store your full payment-card details where these are processed directly by the payment provider.

Revert Hub may provide a donation facility through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

Where information is made available to Revert Hub through the payment provider, we may retain it for our records and legitimate business, legal or accounting purposes.
7. Wix Platform and Data Security
Our website and platform are operated using Wix.
Wix uses technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption and secure methods of transmitting and storing data.
Where personal information is stored through Wix, Wix may process and store that information on our behalf.
Wix form submissions may be stored within our site's dashboard, where authorised Revert Hub personnel may view, manage or export the information for legitimate business purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Partner Mosques
Your personal information will not be routinely provided to or shared with Partner Mosques by Revert Hub.
A Partner Mosque will only receive your personal information where:

you provide your information directly to the Mosque yourself;
-
you specifically agree for Revert Hub to share your information with that Mosque for a particular purpose;
-
sharing is necessary to arrange or administer a service you have requested involving that Mosque; or

sharing is required or permitted by law.
For example, if you choose to provide your details directly to a Mosque when attending the Mosque, seeking support, becoming connected with the Mosque, or discussing matters relating to becoming Muslim, that information will be handled by the Mosque in accordance with its own privacy practices.
Booking a Revert Hub Seminar does not automatically result in your personal information being provided to the Partner Mosque hosting or delivering that Seminar, unless one of the circumstances above applies.
Your email address is required for Membership and Seminar bookings so that Revert Hub can send you essential service communications, including booking confirmations, Seminar information and Zoom joining links.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.
Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law.

After this period, information will be securely deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable, unless we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain it for longer.

Where required by law, we will request your consent before using non-essential cookies.

14. Children and Young People
Revert Hub does not target its services at any particular age group. Our services are available to Muslims, including new Muslims and reverts, and may be accessed by people of different ages.
Our online Seminars are delivered through Zoom. To provide a more controlled and privacy-conscious learning environment, attendee cameras and microphones are required to remain switched off during Revert Hub online Seminars. Attendees participate by viewing and listening to the Seminar, with questions or interaction managed by the Revert Hub Team and/or Seminar teacher where appropriate.
This format helps reduce unnecessary exposure of attendees and provides an appropriate environment for learning, including where children or young people may be attending.
Revert Hub does not require attendees to appear on camera or use their microphone during online Seminars. However, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and young people in their care when accessing online services.
Where Revert Hub provides activities or services specifically involving children or young people, appropriate safeguarding measures will be applied.
15. Data Breaches
If we become aware of a personal-data breach, we will assess it and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including notifying the ICO and/or affected individuals where legally required.
