Membership Terms

Our memberships provide access to online Islamic learning and community engagement. Once your subscription is active, payments made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and all transactions are final for the duration of that billing term.

Revert Hub reserves the right to review account activity where necessary to ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct and membership terms.

Users must have access to the email address registered with their account, as seminar access links and important membership information will be sent to this email address.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account profile controls. Once a cancellation is processed, access to all digital learning modules and membership benefits will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will automatically end.

Revert Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where a member breaches our Code of Conduct or membership terms.

Any individual course or seminar registration is subject to our standard cancellation terms and conditions.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Revert Hub, we may collect your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, membership and booking information, seminar attendance information, payment/transaction information and communications with us.

Email requirement

An email address is required for memberships and seminar bookings because booking confirmations, seminar information and Zoom joining links are sent to it.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information to manage memberships and bookings, process payments, provide seminars and services, communicate with you, provide support, maintain records, protect our platform and comply with legal obligations.

Payments may be processed through providers such as Stripe. Revert Hub does not intentionally store your full payment-card details when these are processed directly by the payment provider.
